Its time for me to reduce my stock of completed quilts... Too many in the closet.
Here are 5 that I've completed in the last few months. I wish I had room to display them all and keep them for myself but I want to make more!.
Its been a long time since I have blogged. I must have made 10 quilts since and finished that many for others. I sure love to quilt.
I need to take some pictures so I can include all of the ones I've made.
One of my next will be an Alaska inspired quilt. We recently visited Anchorage and took a cruise of the inside passage. Beautiful, majestic and breath taking. A trip of a lifetime that I would recommend to anyone who loves nature.
Anyway, look forward to some new posts in the days to come.
Hi Laurel. I prefer to use new matterials and fabric. I would be interested in making a quilt and encourporating special fabrics but I would like to know more. Please contact me at k.rydz@qkstream.com and we can discuss your individual wants.
thanks a million!
Wow, its been a long time since I put in a post. Its about time too. I've been very busy taking lessons and making baby quilts for people I work with. Its been loads of fun and I've learned so much.
I attended a quilt retreat put on by Stacey and the girls from the Quilters Cottage in Stonewall Manitoba. It was so much fun and the ladies I met were wonderful. Willing to share ideas, have fun and give lots of good tips.
I also had the opportunity to take a couple of classes at the quilters cottage. Again, I learned so much that I'm happy to say my skills have really improved.
Watch for some new pictures over the next few days.
